COVID Second Wave has hit Philadelphia

This is my analysis blog. I’ve been doing some analysis based on COVID-19 data published by the NY Times; I live in the Philadelphia area, so my work is usually focused on this part of the United States.

Today, I will focus on the Philly metro (5-county area in PA, plus Camden County in NJ and New Castle in Delaware) and try to put the current situation into context.
